Hi, I heard that not just STEM degrees are good to apply to the EB2 NIW. But I don’t see any approved cases in humanities like for example Philosophy. Even if in theory people can apply with any specialty/major, in practice applications with degrees in humanities are denied? Thanks!

If I am under my F1 STEM OPT working under my EAD (valid until 2025) and submit an I140 (approved) + I765 (advanced parole) – should I leave my job until receive my new EAD? Or can I stay in my job since my current EAD (STEM OPT) will expire only in 2025? Thank you!
