EB1-GC application for a PHD Student

I am currently pursuing PhD at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. I hope to get my Doctorate in Aug 2019.

I am exploring the possibility and process for applying for GC.

I would like to engage your services for the same.

My Education background:

  • BE Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela: Year 2000
  • MBA from Indian Institute of management Lucknow Year 2008
  • MS Analytics from Harrisburg university 2017

Current Research areas: Unstructured Data Analysis, NLP, Deep Learning, Forecasting

Hi Sri,

The logical course of action would be to have a look at our free book (link below). Please familiarize yourself with the USCIS criteria for EB1A. It will help you to understand if you have necessary evidence for your petition. One simple think to do would be to ask your advisor to recommend you to editors of journals as a potential referee (if you are not refereeing yet).
