Hi, I heard that not just STEM degrees are good to apply to the EB2 NIW. But I don’t see any approved cases in humanities like for example Philosophy. Even if in theory people can apply with any specialty/major, in practice applications with degrees in humanities are denied? Thanks!

There is no rule to deny non-STEM applications. You need to convincingly demonstrate how your work is important to U.S. national interests. If you can do this, you can apply.
