Hi, I have a Ph.D. in pharma from a reputed university in India with five publications with 60 citations. I have a work experience of 2 years and a Masters in Data Science. I am on an F1 visa in the US and I am pursuing a second Ph.D. in a business school. Can you tell me if I am eligible to apply for EB1A or EB2 NIW?

Is your current work directly related to your PhD in pharmacology? Are you still actively publishing in that field?
This might be a problem. You need to be active in your field of endeavor

If your PhD in business school is in someway related to Pharmacology then you may be able to claim a field of endeavor that encompasses the two PhDs and claim your past experience/publications as part of the evidence. Even better is if you can show that the current work progressively uses/builds on Pharmacology and Data Science that would be even better. Nevertheless these are only some portions of the total evidence. We suggest you look at the requirements for the two categories and tabulate your evidence. Finally you should be aware of the limitations of applying while on a F1 visa. You can find more information on this website and elsewhere.
In short it maybe possible to build a successful petition.
