Executive PHD in Information Technology is Eligible for green crad

Hi,
Completed masters in Computer science in USA and currently pursuing Executive PHD program in Information Technology . I just want to know can I get greencard for this EXECUTIVE PHD program (This program gives day 1 CPT option so that I can work and study simultaneously). Please let me know do I have chances or not.?

Hi Vinu,
The information you provided is not enough to judge your eligibility for the green card. Completing a PhD program in itself does not allow for a permanent resident status.

Hi Team,
I have 15years of IS/IT consulting work across the globe along with in the USA, I have two master degree one is from India and MBA in Information System and SAP from Public university in USA, at the moment I am pursuing part time PHD in Information system from a public university which is more in research oriented , may I illegible for EB1A or EB2 NIW
There are number of criteria one has to satisfy in order to be eligible for EB1A/EB2-NIW, please read our free ebook by the first link below. It also depends on your country of birth. If you, for example, were born in India, then EB2-NIW is virtually unavailable to you due to the current backlog in the processing (only those India nationals are eligible for the adjustment of status, whose I-140 petition was approved in April 2009 or before, see the second link below).
