Questions regarding your forms

I am considering purchasing your EB1A, and EB2-NIW application. I am aware that for citizens of India, you can file for I-140, but cant do I-485.
I am applying for O1, but it will take a while. Lets say I apply for I-140, but the H1B runs out of time. I wont be able to take or hold a job. But can I stay in the country legally?
In terms of sending evidence, is it possible to partially send your documents, and then update USCIS over time? Or thats only, if they issue a RFE?
What has been your overall acceptance rate for EB1A and EB2-NIW?

Hi Paul,
Pending I-140 does not allow to stay in the U.S. legally, you would need I-485 pending for that. If you can’t file I-485, legality of your stay will be defined by your current visa status.
I am not sure what is meant by partially sending documents. You can file I-140 and I-485 separately, but each of them must be sent with all required documentation attached.
We do not track success rate for people that used our packets, because we do not request results from them. We get many positive testimonies, which show that the packets are working. So far, I personally saw two denials (I must admit the reasoning from USCIS officers was ridiculous and that was right at the time the lawyers also started experiencing denials) and the rest (including my own) were successful.
