What about EB1-B?

Published Jul 14,2018 By Jayci

Hi,

You talk about applications via EB1-A and NIW cathegory, but not about EB1-B. It seems to me that EB1-B might be even easier to satisfy than EB1-A. Why don’t you consider it, what is the obstruction?

EB1-B requires an offer of employment from the prospective U.S. employer (usually, for a permanent position, if we are talking about academia). Our website specializes on the self-sponsored categories of the green card. Since EB1B is not self-sponsored and prospective employer will hire a lawyer anyway, we do not focus on it here.

EB1-B normally does not require the labor certification.
