On J waiver and NIW

Hi

i finished 2 out of 3 years of J1 waiver. My hospital is being sold. I had I140 PERM approved through the previous employer.

i applied for NIW and still

pending but got EAD and travel Parol approved.

my question is can I use that EAD to work for same place but different employer and what impact on my J1 waiver application and green card application

also if the new employer could not file for H1 transfer in time can I use the EAD then apply for transfer later and won’t consider out of status ( regardless if I 140 through NIW still pending)

last question

changing the employer means that I need to apply for new labor certification although I had one already approved and will be done of 2 years and 4 months by the time new employer own the hospital?
