Do I need to mail my application and my wife’s in a single package or separate packages?

Published Feb 13,2021 By Reuben

Hello Advisors,

My application and my spouse’s is ready for submission. I am making a concurrent filing. I would like to know how to mail the application. Would be better to mail mine and my wife’s together as a single package or have them sent out individually?

Thank you.

Reuben

I would organize them in two binders ((1) I-140 documentation for the principal applicant; (2) I-485 documents for you and your wife) and ship them together. You can have a look at I-485 cover letter in our manuals. If each of you files a separate I-140, please let me know.

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, my EB2 NIW package does not include an I-485 cover letter. I would be glad to receive it.

It should. If you purchased it from us, it should be at the very end of the EB2-NIW manual – in the Appendix. Let us know if you cannot find it, and we will contact you promptly by email.

Thank you for your prompt response. I did not receive an I-485 cover letter with my package. Can I please have a sample of this cover letter?
