EB2 NIW Priority Date waiting time for Indian

Good Morning,
I am a potential Ph.D. student to start my Ph.D. program in Urban Systems from Fall’20. Although being an international student I am also worried about my status after finishing the degree. I am aware of my options to apply for a green card under Eb1A and Eb2 NIW. If you could help me understand the current priority date to get a green card (waiting period of how many years to get a green card) for an Indian citizen!! I understand people from India and China have a pretty big backlog compare to other nationalities. Also, under PERM the current waiting period for the priority date is around 12-15 years. So does that mean under NIW, it is going to be the same? Or I can expect a lesser number of years before I receive my green card.
As you can see, the priority dates for India nationals are the following: EB1A – 08JUN16, EB2-NIW – 12JUN09, so it is a 4 and 11 years backlog, respectively. Unfortunately, these numbers can also move forward, backward or stay in place.
