NIW Packets

I am going to buy your packet but I am not sure if full DIY packet (NIW DIY-Packet) is enough, or I have to buy all packets. Also I would like to know if these packets are up to date and useful at this time.
Also I have a question and I would be very grateful if you could respond.
My visa is J-1 and the expiration date is july-01-2020; however I am going to extend my visa until January-01-2021 because my program needs time to be completed. When is the best time to file I-140, before or after extension? Is there any limitations in this case?

Yes, our packets are up to date. We regularly update them with the changes in the policies/laws. You can buy NIW packet only, if you want to use this route only. Many applicants choose to file for both NIW and EB1A categories.
Regarding your question, it is better to first get an extension of the J1 status (and, if you plan to travel, the J1 visa stamp in the passport) and then to file I-140, because I-140 demonstrates your intent to immigrate.
It should be delivered immediately. If it is not, then check the Spam folder. Please contact us at greencardforphd (at) gmail.com if there is any problem with delivery.
