Hello,
Just a general question…
Are your DIY packages for EB1a/NIW the latest and greatest and in sync with the current USCIS requirements?
Thanks

They are, pretty much. The main updates that are not yet implemented are written below.
[*] If professors, who write you recommendation letters, have much higher citation count than yours, ask them not to mention it.
[*] If you have Google Scholar profile, be careful with fields under your profile name – if you click them, you will see the most cited people in the field and some of them might be much better cited (and USCIS officers do that and can deny your case based on that).
[*] There are now interviews for EB1A/NIW. Requirements are similar to marriage green cards and are available online.
[*] You have to wait for 90 days between entering U.S. on J1/F1 and filing I-485.
[*] When using “critical role” criterion, must mention that the critical role played for the institution as a whole.
[*] Processing times are longer now. I-485 is more than a year, and EAD/AP is about 5 months.
[*] EB1A priority dates are not current for the past several months.
