For EB1A one does not need an employment offer, I am on H4 without EAD so I can’t work in USA. I am presently voluntarily working by providing technical expertise to biotechnology companies such as ChemGeneics Research Foundation and acting as editor and reviewer for Biotechnology Journals.

What should I fill in Part 6 of the I140 which asks about the Basic Information about proposed employment? Would it affect my petition if I indicate NA?

or should i indicate what job I expect to get after approval of the GC? How can I write about the worksite location?

Thanks!

If you are not employed in the U.S. and do not have proposed employment in the U.S., leave Part 6 blank. If you have proposed employment in the U.S., enter the information about your proposed employment (you don’t have to prove it).
