I would like to know the chances of getting my EB1A approval. Could you please help me in assessing chances of getting my application approval with following credentials or my eligibility as EB1A applicant.

  1. I am Indian national
  2. Had my PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
  3. Had reviewed 13 publications as a peer review
  4. Had 16 publications as first and co-author
  5. Working for US govt, helping for revising health and regulatory guidance
  6. I had 100 citations for my research

It is hard to tell if you are eligible based only on these figures. There are many details that play a role, e.g., what are the impact factors of the journals, in which you published, were you were working while writing a first-authored paper and so on. Let me tell you that I know cases with similar credentials that were approved for EB1A, so you definitely have to gather more information from our free e-book and do-it-yourself manuals (links below).
