Filed EB1-A Nebraska in Premium Processing ( Self – Filing using your package / Filed NIW before 2 months ago to secure PD)
Field – Aerospace Structural Prognostics
Papers – 30 ( 14 1st author )
Citations – 72 at time of filing; 75 now – I know low citations but my research is in the interdisciplinary field of Aerospace Structures and Artificial Intelligence Applications
Reviews – 31 at time of Filing; 40 Now
1 Patent; served as technical session chair in a major conference, Invited Co-Guest editor for a special issue in the journal.
RFE Received
Officer – 0003
Accepted Judge and Authorship; Challenged Major significance and critical role
Asked Evidence to satisfy that benefits entry will substantially benefit the united states – already provided letter and explained the national importance and benefits to US
Asked Evidence of Major Significance – despite low citations, provided support letters stating the major significance of the work done
Asked Evidence of Critical Role – patent resulted in funding for organization, working on a critical federal project in new organization, presented letters from Directors for these ( who are reputed scientists as well )
Please help on the response and chances, Also suggest if hiring attorney will help

Since we have not seen the initial petition, and the RFE, I would suggest asking an attorney to help with the case. It could be also bad luck, as we noticed some random ungrounded responses from USCIS officers in the past few years. It looks like they already accepted 2 out of 3 required criteria, so if you manage to prove one more, you will pass – we wish you good luck!
