Hi,
Currently I am doing my Doctorate Program in Business Administration from US University. I have already completed my MBA and MS in Information Technology from US University. I want to file the GC with Self Petition. So I need your help which option is suitable for me (EB1A or EB2 NIW). Then which packet I should select. Please guide me on this. Also I need help for reviewing the I-140 application.

Please let us know more information about your case (such as citations, publication and so on), including also your country of birth (waiting time is currently drastically different for different nationals). Good day,
I am interested in DYI package for EB1 Extraordinary Ability Application.
I have Masters degree from a Foreign University and I am currently undertaking a Masters degree from a local university in US (Texas A&M).
I also have an MBA from a foreign University but I am yet to graduate, which is scheduled for December 2019.
I work in the Oil and Gas Industry for the past 12 years. I work in Texas with an L1B Visa. I have been recognized by my work in Scotland UK, for a work I had developed on Diesel Engines for ships to make them more efficient.
Over the past 4 years I have been working as an Operation Specialist here in US whereby I managed the operation of oil and gas tanker vessels calling US ports and world wide. My job includes ensuring that these vessels are operated efficiently and more importantly ensure that their operations are sustainable and does not cause harm to the environment, particularly US waters.
I was hoping if you could advise if I have a chance of approval by applying for EB1 Extraordinary Ability and how I can purchase your DIY Petition Package.
It is challenging (even though not impossible) to get EB1A with Master’s degree. One has to present an evidence of being among the top specialists in the world in the corresponding field, which is easier to do with the PhD degree. From the provided information it is hard for me to judge what can be used as such evidence. Maybe you can go through the EB1A criteria step by step and try to figure out if you can satisfy them. Have you considered EB2-NIW? If your work can positively affect the economy and the environment, then it might be a better fit.
