MD, with MS fom USA and PhD student


I’am ECFMG certified MD and have a MS degree from USA in Biochemistry and currently a PhD student in USA. graduating in the end of 2017. have 3 publications( expecting more) , 3 awards ( 1 national, 2 local) and 2 Scholarships. Am I eligible to EB1A?

    From your description you may be able to satisfy the EB1a uscis criteria. In addition you would also need to show that you are 1) one of the small percentage of people who have risen to the very top of the field of endeavor and 2) have sustained national or international acclaim and that your achievements have been recognized in the field of expertise.
