Published Mar 30,2022 By Bindu Subhadra

Hi

I am working as a post-doctoral fellow in the field of Molecular Microbiology for the last three years in the US. Below are my credentials.

  1. Published 24 articles in peer-reviewed international journals (16 first author papers)
  2. 1 US patent
  3. Presented 15 international conference papers (6 first author papers)
  4. 346 citations
  5. Reviewer of 8 international journals; reviewed 10 articles so far
  6. Editorial board member of an international peer-reviewed journals

What are my chances of approval if I am applying under EB1A or EB2-NIW?

Thank you for the help. Really appreciate it.

Warm regards

Bindu

Hi Bindu,

Your credentials suggest that you should be able to prepare a successful EB1A or EB2-NIW petition. You can start from reading our free e-book and, if you feel confident enough, you can prepare a petition with the help of our packets (links below).
