Any faster way to get EAD/GreenCard

Dear GreenCard For PhD Team,

I am from India and I am a Masters graduate and my I-140 petition (EB2) was approved in August 2015. I was wondering about the next step. Can you please guide me? What should I do? Will I qualify for a faster way to obtain EAD as the current dates for EB2 India is May 2009?.

Hi Vin,

There is not much you can do, except waiting, if you mean obtaining green card or EAD on the basis of approved EB2 I-140. The only option to speed it up is to get married to a national of a country, for which the priority date is current. You can use your spouse’s priority date, see paragraph C(7) in the document by the link below,
