Hi,
I am doctorate in Mechanical Engg from India, 2 year post doctoral experience in UK, Awarded with International fellowship for my research in UK, 10 years exeprience in fortune 500 oil company in india. 40 technical papers in conference and journal, 1 Text book from USA CRC Press.
I am Citizen of India. I like to apply Eb1.

2. From your experience, what is my success rate my application.
2. The figures you provided are not enough to say whether you qualify for EB1A or not (even though, there is a probability that you do, taken you published 40 papers). It matters if you are the first author in those papers, where they were published (if impact factors of those journals are high for the field) and how many times they were cited (with respect to the average citation level in your field). The total citation is ~3000 nos. But impact factor of the papers mostly of 1 and but some are in reputed international conferences, a few hosted in USA itself.
Book published is also from USA.
I think it should be doable to prepare a successful EB1A case with these credentials and materials, you can obtain more information in the DIY packets from this website (see the link below). Please also keep in mind that the impact factor of the journals and the number of citations (also excluding self-citations) has an importance when compared with the typical numbers in the field, since different fields have different specifics. Google Scholar shows 3000 citation.. I’m first author for 30 Papers.
