Premium processing issues at Nebraska Service Center

Published Jan 18,2017 By Neel

Hi,

I am almost ready to file my I-140 application for EB-1A. However, I am faced with a dilemma whether to go for premium processing or not. Is it true or have you heard of a recent trend that with PP, cases are much more likely to receive an RFE/NOID, specifically at the Nebraska Service Center?

Thanks!

Yes, this seems to be true for the Nebraska Service Center right now. However, I think, one should take into account the strength of the case before making the decision about premium processing. Maybe you can do a research in the web and see what kind of petitions were denied/questioned there recently.
