Published Apr 5,2014 By GCforPhD

Question:

This is cheng, I got my phd in pure math last year and now in the oil and gas industry, can u help me evaluate if I can qualify EB2-NIW?

Thanks a lot!

Answer:

We had a few applicants in the pure and applied math use our packets to successfully get a green card. You can also apply and be successful. We suggest you look at the USCIS requirements for EB2-niw and some example petitions to see how you can self-petition.

Best of luck

I am Faisal Ahmed. I have done PhD in ICT (Information Communication Technology) from Estonia (Europe). I have proposed the Autonomous IoT devices for remote monitoring health care system as an application in CoVID-19 we need more medical staff and with this proposal we can monitor patience’s health condition remotely or creating mobile clinics and medical staff can check them through their smart phone without the close interaction. This kind of proposal is covering limitation of the existing medical staff and provides better treatment. Further information about my education background and experience you can see in the attached CV along with 12 publications, 6 in high impact factor Journals and 6 are in various Conferences. I would like to discuss my case for EB1A or National Interest Waiver categories with you. If possible, please give me some time for meeting on a skype call or zoom. I will wait for your reply.
