Help needed for green card self-petition

Published Jul 1,2013 By GCforPhD

Question:

I’m impressed with your effort by keeping all the information for PhD at one place. I’d like to file my petition by self. I’m having PhD in 2010 in the stream of mechanical engineering with metallurgy as specialization. Since then, I’ve been working one of the Oil and Gas industries. I was not sure with PhD degree can I able to file my case by myself. If you guide me in this contest, I’ll certainly much appreciated.
Thanks

Response:

Our packets have complete information for you to apply on your own. Since each situation is different you will have to consider your background carefully and build your evidence. We suggest you see the  free ebook and USCIS criteria for the self-petition categories of EB1A and EB2-NIW. If you feel appropriate look at some example petitions.   Please feel free to ask us any questions.
